MJ IntelliChristian

Hi, I'm Aleksey, and I'm the founder of this site. I really like science, history, movies, and electronic music. I direct and act in short films. I write songs and play a guitar, and sing in a music team. I try to learn as much as I can about science and history. And I sometimes host live events dedicated to Christian film, music, science, and history. I don't claim to be the world's top expert on the things I write about. I just write about things I enjoy writing about. If my scientific theories sound cheesy, please don't criticise me, I don't have all the answers. Nobody does. Even Einstein didn't have all the answers. If I sound politically incorrect, forgive me. I'm a Jesus freak. I have a BS degree in Civil Engineering. Sometimes I wonder why God didn't send me to study music, or science, or film, or video game design, or history, or business, instead. But as I think about it more, I realize that engineering is that unique field that prepares you for all of those.

Ancient Aliens and the Bible

I just finished watching the "Ancient Aliens" documentary. The good: I really enjoyed learning about all the feats and accomplishments of the ancient civilizations. The not so good: the makers of the documentary just couldn't shake off their educational background on the primitiveness of ancient people, when they were looking at the evidence.
Billy: The Early Years of Billy Graham is about, well, the early years of Billy Graham. It's always good to learn about people who made an impact in history. So when I got a chance to watch this film, I was looking forward to it.

The Blind Side Christian Review

I usually don't give very negative reviews on Christian movies, because I understand it is a very financially challenging task to produce a good film. So if some actors are not that good, or editing is cheesy in some parts, I might point out that that could be overlooked if there is a really good story behind the film. But for this film, it's a different matter.
Bible is not only the most popular book in the world, but it is also the most attacked book in the world. No other book has withstood so much scrutiny like this book. For centuries, its words have been the unquestionable law of the western world. But in the 19th century, that has changed.

What Would Jesus Do? Film Review

I just finished watching the WWJD film, and decided to write a little review on it. The film was created by Nesser Entertainment. It was good to watch something coming out from an independent studio. Released in 2010 and inspired by a book "In His steps", by Charles Sheldon.

Touched by an Angel Review

I watched "Touched by an Angel" a couple of days ago. And wow, that was an incredible show. The DVD cover would say, "Laugh Out-Loud Funny". As I finished watching it, the first thought that came to my mind, are there more episodes of this?. And it turns out, there is! It's actually a discontinued CBS show, which happens to be a Christian show.

A Creationist Approach to String Theory

I just finished watching a 190-minute-long series of programs on the String Theory. The film was created by NOVA. And you know, I put it up on my video website. So why do I put a video from an evolutionary-inclined organization on a creationism-inclined website?
